I didn’t create Spirit Linx to start a brand. I created it because I needed a way to stay aligned with the person I was becoming.

For years, I watched how people moved through life — chasing goals, chasing validation, chasing noise. I saw how easy it was to lose yourself in the world, to forget your purpose, to forget your spirit. I felt it in myself, too. The world pulls you in every direction unless you choose your direction with intention.

Spirit Linx began as a reminder to myself.

A way to stay grounded.

A way to stay aligned.

A way to stay connected to the deeper truths that guide my life.

The Search for Alignment 

I realized something simple but powerful:

We become what we practice — not what we hope for, not what we talk about, but what we practice.

In that search for alignment, I reached out to my father for guidance.

Teachings Passed Down

 He shared with me the Spirit Linx writings — teachings rooted in discipline, compassion, longevity, unity, and the unseen forces that move through the heavens and the earth. Wisdom he had carried and lived by. Wisdom he passed down to me.

Those teachings became the foundation of Spirit Linx.

The First Era (2010–2011)

Where Spirit Linx Was Born

In 2010, the first four Spirit Linx wristbands were created — the original OGs. In 2011, the rest of the collection was produced. We were already running Hookup Wireless and preparing to launch the full Hookup Life ecosystem:

Everything was ready. The movement was about to begin.

But when the economy had turned, and in 2011, everything collapsed at once. We were hit hard. We had to shut down every part of the Hookup brand.

Spirit Linx — the philosophy, the bands, the vision — went into storage. The story paused.

The Losses That Changed Everything (2025)

Why Spirit Linx Returned

More than a decade later, 2025 became the year that reshaped my life.

My mother passed away early in the year. Later, my friend Shawn Canete — the artist who helped build the original Hookup Life identity — also passed.

Two losses. Two pillars of my world gone.

Grief has a way of stripping life down to what matters. It forces you to look at who you are… and who you’re becoming.

In that clarity, I realized something:

Spirit Linx and Hookup Life were never finished. It was waiting. And it was time to bring it back.

Not as a trend. Not as a product. But as a legacy — for my parents, for Shawn, for the people who shaped me, and for the person I’m becoming.

2025 became the rebirth of Spirit Linx.

Spirit Linx was created from a simple truth:

Long before modern culture, long before trends and technology, people understood the strength of intention, alignment, and the mind’s ability to shape reality. That wisdom never disappeared — it was simply forgotten.

Our bands are more than accessories. They are tools of focus, reminders of discipline, and symbols of the inner work that shapes the outer world.
